BO`LINMA HAQIDA
The office is an independent structural unit of higher education institution and is the main department of office work.
In its activity the office realizes the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Health and the University.
The Office is headed by a head appointed by order of the Rector of the University and reporting directly to the Rector.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLERK'S OFFICE:
Organization and management of office work;
receiving applications from individuals and legal entities, registering them, issuing control cards and submitting them to management for review and decision making, sending them to the responsible manager for execution;
timely receipt, check and registration of correspondence (decisions, resolutions, orders, decrees, letters and other documents) coming to the office, input for consideration by the management and decision-making, timely input of all incoming correspondence into the electronic control program "Document Management". registration of outgoing letters and sending them to higher organizations in the prescribed manner
