Structure
Currently, the university has 69 student scientific courses, in which 3896 talented students actively participate. Last academic year, 981 students became winners of international and republican competitions, conferences and scientific Olympiads.
The University has laureates of the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Scholarships named after I. Karimov and Ibn Sino. Also, our students became the owners of the scholarship of JSC "Uzbekneftgaz", the scholarship of the Khakim of Samarkand region. To date, 328 students are applicants for the rector's scholarship.
In addition to clubs at the departments, courses such as Medical English and Scientific Literacy are held at the initiative of students and teachers of our university.
Gifted students of the Institute annually take an active part in student conferences organized by medical universities and centers of foreign countries.
